The Founder
Hello, this is Sam the founder of Musingwell. I’m just like you an ordinary guy but with a love of studying the scripture. I’m not trained in seminary but I believe that should not stop us from studying the bible. II Timothy 2:15 (NKJV) says – “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth”. And this is where most believers cannot discern and divide the truth, they are still mixing Old Covenant and New Covenant. If Peter is a fisherman who has not trained to be a rabbi, and can by Jesus’s influence become a great worker in the Kingdom as an apostle in the New Covenant, this shouldn’t stop us.
Illustrated Musing
The world out there is full of Christian teaching and doctrines that are not reflective of God’s love and heart for believers. As I lead a Christian Bible study and fellowship group, I create resources that is meant to stir discussion and point people to Jesus and God’s love. My resource is highly influenced by Pastor Prince of New Creation Church, as I believe that God’s grace in the New Covenant is what we need. I also occasionaly study from John Piper – Desiring God, and from the Vine church in New York. My heart also is to include illustrations in the musings to ensure that imagery and visions are remembered more easily in our minds.
Other Projects
My desire is to create tangible resources that any Christians can use to further their walk in the New Covenant. This is a work in progress and come and check this section from time to time.
